IMPORTANT RMA PROCEDURES

1. Please complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem for your product.
2. Fax or email this completed RMA form with a copy of the original purchase invoice to Fax # 1-718-256-9531 or email to RMA@Comptools.net.
3. All RETURNING product serial numbers must match with the original invoice.
4. RMA Dept. will FAX back or email to you a RMA # (next business day) or provide a reason for RMA denial.
5. After you receive a RMA # number, then you may return your defective products to ChowBig.com
6. Your assigned RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
7. Please return the item you ordered in original packaging along with the manual, installation CD and accessories that came with the product.

8. You must pay shipping charges for all shipments from you to ChowBig.Com. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment. We suggest that you purchase freight insurance on your shipments.

9. Ship your RMA to the address below:

10. A credit will be applied to your processing card or Paypal once we fully inspect the package free of physical damage
